Information
Everything You Need to Know
How will you help me? What is the process?
-
Contact me – send me a message, email, or call me – we can chat about what’s happening for you.
-
We can arrange an initial in person meeting, to explore the difficulties in more depth, get an idea of what your goals might be and how to achieve them.
-
Home visits (as many as you need) for me to offer the support we've agreed, implement the ideas and strategies, review and adapt as necessary.
-
Final meeting – celebrate the progress you have made, reinforce the skills that will help you going forward.
How old does my baby need to be?
Ideally I would like to be able to help you while your baby is still new, so my preference would be babies under one year old.
It can be your first or your fifteenth baby!
How much does it cost?
It costs nothing to send me a message or give me a call.
It’s £90 for the initial planning appointment.
All subsequent visits are £60 per hour.
Are you a therapist?
No, I’m a mental health nurse, so can offer supportive personalised interventions.
I have a breadth of knowledge from a variety of training and clinical experience. I will use that to help you on your journey.
What about the legal bits?
I am a mental health nurse, registered with the Nursing and Midwifery council.
I am a member of the Royal College of Nursing who provide my professional indemnity insurance.
I have an up to date Disclosure and Barring Service check.
What area do you cover?
The fees above include a 15 mile radius from my home in Sawston.
Additional travel costs beyond that are £1 per mile.
What if I have more questions?
Please feel free to contact me if you have any other questions,
I look forward to hearing from you!
