Myself (Emily) - I'm a doula and perinatal mental health specialist (and mum of 3), who brings compassion and a deep understanding of the challenges that new parents face.
I can chat all day about pregnancy, life with a newborn, and wellbeing tips in the perinatal period.​

Caroline - a newborn and family photographer based in Shelford, Cambridge.
I have a cosy studio, but I especially love visiting families in their own homes to capture those natural, everyday moments.
Being a twin mum myself, I felt a real passion to create a space where mums can connect and support one another — especially fellow twin mums who might find it harder to get out to groups. I also love sharing ideas and tips on how to live a slower, more meaningful life as a mum, finding joy in the little moments and building a supportive community along the way.
Luci - a Level 6 gentle sleep coach.
I specialise in gentle approaches to infant sleep which don't involve leaving your baby to cry it out.
I'm passionate about empowering and guiding families by offering practical, holistic and gentle support in order to see improvements in their little one's sleep and more. I will never tell you your baby is simply overtired, or needs to be left alone to cry it out. You, your child and your family are worth so much more than that.


Lisa – a proud mum of three and a passionate yogi.
Yoga and meditation have had a profound impact on both my physical and emotional well-being. Over time, I’ve developed a deep love for the transformative effects these practices have had on my life, and now, I’m dedicated to empowering others to experience the same.
I now combine my personal experience with professional training to create a supportive community where individuals can find peace, strength, and balance. My classes are grounded in trauma-informed principles, designed to be accessible to all bodies and abilities. I offer pregnancy and parent & baby yoga classes.
